Why there is only one Atleta location.
Clinical exercise physiology depends on consistent testing conditions and the same equipment week to week. Objective re-testing is only meaningful if the setup has not changed between assessments, which is hard to guarantee across multiple sites or in a client's living room.
So Atleta runs one properly equipped private studio in Erina rather than several partial ones. Where travel genuinely is not practical, phone and video consultations are available for programming, review and progression, with periodic in-person testing where possible.
